Hello and welcome!

My name is Emily and I am a staff scientist at the Climate Law Institute for the Center for Biological Diversity. My work provides the political economic analysis and scientific support for campaigns to protect the environment and mitigate greenhouse gas emissions. 

I have a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. My dissertation examined the political economy of plastics substitution and policy.
